I saw these guys with Jonny and Kurt together from their own bands and it was the most magical experience ever. Kurt and Mess did the banter from rock solid and the audience joined in and it was fun as Fuck. Jonny sang and I invented times New Roman and it was godly. I don't think I should ever see them again because it'll never match up to when I saw them last night.

yeah I'm pretty sad I wasn't able to get to any show on this tour, it would've been excellent to see kurt and jonny singing with them again

seriously I want them to do another album with jonny, that would make me a happy person

There's just nothing to his new band either. He has a good voice still but there's nothing else going on for slaves.

At least he won't be kicked out of that band because they'd have nothing of note otherwise.

Surprise! I'm From Cuba, Everyone Has One Brain is my absolute favourite song TITLE by dgd. That shit's funny.

So many catchy songs on that album. Every Slaves album I always hope for that Relativity II that we've never gotten

The opening riff of "Sailing in the Dark..." is a stunner. Love it.

"tho that on EP when they were metalcore is surprisingly decent"

its half decent underoath worship lol

i mean i acknowledge emarosa as a generally boring band

but relativity certainly destroys it

because jonny is in the zone on that album (for most of it)

because he recorded that album wanting to get back at dgd for exposing him and shit

so he was going hard in the paint

Apparently its preferred to Relativity but I have no idea why. I think everything post-Relativity is pretty generic and bland in comparison.
