exactly. work on yourself. no one worth dating is gonna date someone with poor self-esteem. feel good about yourself, and it'll show. best thing i ever did for myself was eat healthy, work out, get hobbies, have fun, etc. dating was much less of an issue after I 'found myself'

never dated anyone tbh. been too depressed and self depreciating. I've been busy with my job now and having something to do has been great for my mood. but yeah, social confindence is def something I need more of. I feel awkward with normal everyday conversations/small talk
