It's a step above all their other covers. Oceanic has a good one but this just stands out more.

Panopticons cover really conveys the albums scope very well. As well as this one.

This album is apparently loosely tied to lucid dreaming and similar states of mind, though theyve always been reluctant to divulge much about the themes on this album particularly.

Ahaaa good ole MDA visuals eh. Close enough!

Well, for what it's worth, Aaron Turner cited Carl Jung as a major influence of the album's concept and lyrics.

"DVD too?"

I don't think so. At least not for now. I talked to Aaron Turner at an Old Man Gloom show (about 2 years ago) and posed the question of whether there's going to be a follow-up DVD to Clearing The Eye and he said that they've got a bunch of live footage between that release and their breakup but it's just a matter of time to sit through them and finally put together another live DVD.

It's quite possible that the Live VII show was filmed in some capacity as was the case with Live VI (you can find Gentle Time from that show on YouTube). There might be other shows from the In The Absence Of Truth era, and additionally, three songs from Live V were released on a bonus DVD for the Daymare version of Oceanic in 2010.
