@benkim,

you know a little more about that? I get the general theme and idea behind panopticon but id like to know why they chose to dive in like that.

Celestial - raw, unrelenting fury of silicon based liferforms

Oceanic - perfect storm of heavy and calm forces, slowly succumbing you like a sinking ship

Panopticon - post-rock by Isis

In the absence of Truth - an epic journey through a vast emotions with beatiful motives entrancing you until the very end

Wavering Radiant - a dreamlike world, full of joy and passion

Awesome.

I thought the closest we'd ever get to live versions of these songs were the demos from Temporal.

@Balls So many good people here on Isis reviews, much appreciated. I have also noticed latest vinyl release of Wavering sounds absolutely awesome. In fact one of the best sounding LP's i've ever touched to. The outro in title track sounds so ethereal, your body becomes thinner than air.

I always a appreciate a good circle jerk over how close to perfection this record is. I got the OG yellow LP press a while back and it is the pride of my collection.
