too much kitschy filler, not enough content(the review). ATB is one of the premier "deathcore" bands IMO, pretty fantastic guitar work.

I will admit, your review was absolutely hilarious and well written. I still managed to enjoy this album. Maybe try listening to the Remastered version? I can't really say the vocals changed A TON but judging by your perspective they will probably seem a step up. Just in general the sound is much more balanced on the remastered version.

i've heard it's better from detractors but deathcore still isn't my favorite genre so i'll stay away

Awesome review though I really do enjoy this album. But hey, at least ATB isn't as breakdown-ridden as bands like Emmure and I Declare War.

Terrible review. These guys are a damn good band, and deserve more credit than a 1.5, to say the least. They have a great style of writing, albeit it very similar to Meshuggah's and others, but they combine it with melodic riffs and fun structures to make an entertaining, good album.

I would have preferred an actual review to an extremely weak extended metaphor. Things like "Building", "place", and "organization" I felt only detracted from the actual point, reviewing the music, which seemed biased and never went into any sort of depth.

This band is lightyears better than other shit Deathcore out there today like Carnifex and Suicide Silence. I'm so glad to see Whitechapel moving in a more mature direction with their new album. Hopefully the subgenre will die for the sake of mankind....and our fucking ears.
