Brad X was also the frontman of HUMBLE GODS, a PUNK GROUP. Humble Gods was founded long before KMK. Suburban Noize was founded to release the Humble Gods albums. KMK also has a strong punk element, much like the Beastie Boys, and in fact didn't start rapping until years after Suburban Noize was founded.
