Yeah man I would have regretted it too man.That seems to be the case a lot of the time were your just discovering something awesome and when you finally get into the music either the group already past your area or they split up.

really? black earth is still their best followed by this followed by dolores probably

ahh, it was black earth for me, dolores has an overuse of the vibraphone i think even though its still a great album
i want to see them expand on the experimentation they had with belied and get some truly great, haunting voices as a part of their sound, i think it really has a lot of potential

cool story time
i was dropped off at a friend's today and he wasn't home from work yet.. so i had to sit outside of
his house until he got home. it started pouring raining and i found a place to stay dry under his
porch balcony. put this on for the first time and it was really something else with the rain coming
down so quickly in the background.
then went to my first show (animal collective) and it sucked ass. only played hz songs, brother
sport, lion in a coma, and peacebone. so pretty much all their poppy please the crowd bullshit. it's
whatever though, still had a great time and was glad i went.
jamming this right now and it's a definite 5 after like two listens
really unique and obviously incredible
