Album Rating: 3.0

Despite abusing the vocoder more than ever before, Tallahassee singer, rapper & producer T-Pain releases his best album to date in 3rd LP 'Thr33 Ringz'. Once more looking to fuse R&B and hip-hop, the man born Faheem Najm upgrades both production values & guest vocals, resulting in a relatively diverse LP which almost holds interest for a full hour. More importantly, he never reaches the lows of past endeavors, even if there are still a few lyrical clunkers. 'Thr33 Ringz' definitely won't win over his many haters & there is still no smash hit here, but those with an open mind should find something to enjoy. Recommended Tracks: It Ain't Me, Karaoke & Freeze.
