I've taken in each of his albums one at a time, in reverse (excluding Cassadaga) order. I'm Wide Awake was life changing, Lifted was better... I'm really hoping Fevers And Mirrors won't disappoint! Haha.

This is probably my favorite Bright Eyes album. Everything is so tied together so well (the themes that is). the mirror, the fever, the calendar, and the scale. It's so personal and dark, that it's sometimes hard to listen to its "heart-on-the-sleeve" approach. But my fucking god it's good.

This is the most interesting one I've heard by this group. The fact that they don't play it safe (and duller) makes it more interesting.

Something Vague is one of, if not the best Bright Eyes songs

It speaks for itself.

Maybe it shows the fever that plagues us all.

Weird to see this on the main page of sputnik, the only time I've ever heard of this band is from ex-girlfriends, never actually thought people actually listened to them seriously
