It definitely is. If you like the mainstream alternative genre, well this is the best of it. And even within the entire Alternative Rock genre as a whole, IMO this is still good (which is why it has such high ratings).
As for the album itself, Breaking is so catchy I cannot even begin. Lyrics are pretty meh, but it's one of the catchier tracks I've heard in a while.

I might like this as much as Cities, Misearbile Visu (ex malo bonum) is just soooooo good.

Soft Skeletons is way too good of a song. My favorite on this album. It's like the arena-sized ballad off of Dark is the Way... but with the youthful energy of NTFP.
Chorus is amazing and the lyrics are chilling too. I feel like I should write a review for this album too.

Great review for a great album but it is nowhere near better than cities. There is a vibe I get from Cities that I don't get here.

It kind of seems like Anberlin's on cruise control, even though that's still great in my book.

I thought the same thing for years and then one day this just clicked."fin" destroys everything on here, but other than that I think I'd take most songs on this over Cities'. I still love that album as well though.
