I never said this wasn't a singles album, I just think the high points on this are strong enough to carry it above congratulations. Congratulations is basically a 2.5 or 3 throughout, with maybe one track that exceeds that.

An early Davey review. It's hard to believe that was 7 years ago. I still remember finding out about these guys because I was up watching Conan. I checked into them the next day and found out they hadn't even released a physical album yet. Still, I downloaded "Time to Pretend" and played it like crazy. "Kids" was a pleasant surprise for me on the physical copy.
