This is definitely cowboy-core...
Jokes aside, album rocks, but there older material just seemed more raw. Hopefully next time they can combine the rawness with the good songwriting.

Civeta Dei is possibly my favorite song by these guys, but i really didnt listen to them much before picking this up at amoeba the other day, this album really got me hooked. love em now

i still have yet to listen to this album, they've taken me a while to get into after seeing them at SOTU 2007
i will say they are not good one bit live

thanks bunit, yeah, i could imagine the vocalists getting on peoples nerves, or more just everything getting mixed up and sounding like junk because they have so much going on at one time.
