Yeah I do, but I'll probably end up rating it a three or something. This album kinda sounds like a weaker Damiera with some random sweeps and stuff.

I have enjoyed what ive heard of midheaven so far. ive listened to the whole album about 3 times. procession of the fates is a really good song along with breathing life in devices, metanoia which i think is really really well writtten. oh and my favorite off the album is counting down the days. i understand why people are upset with the album but what i think what the human abstract comes down to is if you like the vocalist or not and i love nathan ells. i agree with others saying that he is love with himself but i still think he delivers some really good moments. im happy to say this album is less generic than nocturne though much much less metalcore

You have to admit the guitar lead in "Breathing Life Into Devices" during the second "Cruel sources" part is sooo damn catchy. They've got it in them to make really good music, so I'm not sure I'm ready to abandon hope for this band entirely. But then I remember "Echoes of the Spirit."

No offense, but I can't imagine how the album could be more pretentious than your review was. I've read some of your other reviews and comments, but this review comes across as if you were just waiting for this album to come out so you could write a poor review for it. That's just my objective opinion...I haven't heard any of this album.

yeah, you could check my ratings and see that. The new Damiera is much better than this. If you really think that record is one of the worst ever made you have probably only heard a few albums because the Damiera album is at least average. This one I could understand hating. I don't hate it though.
