Yea it's so solid all the way through

Never listened to this band, but Shoeshine for Neptune is on a sampler I have and it's super silly, and I kinda like it

This album rips, I always looked at these guys name and cover art and figured they would be garbage. But to my surprise they rule pretty hard. I’m also a sucker for some well done synthy metal/deathcore.

Yea this band owns, for some reason this album is my least favorite though, or at least tied with Hits
|
| |
I have heard the song several times, but for whatever reason, this is the first time I have looked the band up
I thought the same thing, ziggity, when their page popped up, ha ha, but I thought I would comment and see if anybody else would chime in. Thanks fellas
Will put these guys on the radar and try out some more soon. Is there a good starting point? Or just try the debut and go from there?

I got into them with Portals and then hopped onto this. This wouldn’t be a bad starting point if you dig shoeshine for Neptune. This and everything after is all good stuff.

Sounds good. Thanks

Gotta thank dbizzles for turning me onto these guys, he just had us (s/o Spluger) start with the debut and go from there. I think that's the best way as they do progress their style.
The first 2 are that crazy weird spastic thing, the next 2 (Portals, Motherland) are more the progressive deathcore deal with a different vocalist, and the last one (Listen to the Color) is basically it's own thing entirely with one of the original vocalists back on.

Interesting. Maybe a full discog listen is in order then!

Question. I know the vocalist you're referring to is Remi (from this album), but Wikipedia says that Cameron (also from this album) does guest vocals on Listen to the Color. Is Cameron on all the tracks, or does he only have like one appearance? Asking because he's the main reason why I used to like this band.

I’m pretty sure Cameron is only featured on the song MK-Delta.

iirc Cameron is just on one, and there are 2 other guest vocalists on other songs. Actually one of them is their drummer doing the vocals now that I think about it.
But yeah I hear ya Get Low, basically same thing for me but with Remi instead of Cameron lol

Yea I would just start from their first album and go from there, honestly the last album they released is their best imo

I'll have to give that last album a listen. Didn't care for Portals nor Motherland.
