Hello all,

So it looks like all has been a bit quiet on the profane front for a couple of months. Well believe me it hasnt!!! We have been writing and recording demos for our new album - and things are going pretty god damn sweet!

I was in doing my guitar parts yesterday - we dont have far to go which is all good!

There is plenty plenty in the pipeline at the moment and all will be revealed very soon - profane will be back out there in the real world (not bunkered up in our room) very soon. The album is just about done. We have demoed 6 tracks and there are a good 3 or 4 more songs knocking about - possibly 2 or 3 will make it onto the record so its really exciting times!

Our good friend Napper is doing the artwork for the new album - he also did the artwork on 'Scorched' and we are really happy to have him back on board.

So things are cracking - big announcements are coming soon - just bear with us and have a little more patience - I assure you it will be worth it!!!!

So i listened to this album two times. Amazing stuff. Remind me Burst a little. Amazing vocalist and atmosphere. Now my rating is strong 4, but after a few listenings I may raise it. My favorite songs are Like Branding The Cattle, title track, Cable Car (both versions), Sleep Now Complete and Turning Bloodletting Into An Artform.

And, of course, thanks to gaslightanthem for sharing me this amazing album. I look forward to their new stuff.
