YES! I remember buying this album when it came out JUST for that song. I didn't/don't really like the rest of the album, but that song is hard bop.

I slept on this band until ~2009-10. 96 Quite Bitter Beings was an obsession but I never ventured anywhere past literally that one song. Color me surprised beyond belief when I finally checked this album out and discovered they're actual musicians, not a bunch of crusty skateboarder-adjacent goofs putting their first band together.
I have many fond memories of looping "Infiltrate Destroy Rebuild" and this while getting all achievements done for Just Cause 2 on the Xbox 360. Hours and hours of looping those albums, as well as some weird prank call album of theirs I can't remember?
I just bought Just Cause 4 and it made me think of these guys. I haven't listened in years, but reading this old review brought back some good memories.

Thanks! I wonder if it's worth checking out for nostalgia's sake, or if it's actually not funny at all haha. I think I'll go find it again either way.

brandon dicamillo is hilarious! it's pretty childish humor but, probably still stands if you liked it before

Huh wow reviews for An Answer Can Be Found weren't that great? I mean, in bigger media. Weird because I love this album and its specific sound. Mediocre reviews most places. I think this one is catchy as hell, even if their lyrics consistently suck.

i've always had a suspicion that people don't take the band seriously because of their association with bam margera & the CKY films
which is a bummer because CKY has made imo some of the greatest rock tracks ever in flesh into gear, disengage the simulator, sink into the underground, lost in a contraption...

It's true. I didn't give them any regard at all because I thought they were a joke/tie-in band. In reality, their guitar tuning/distortion is unique enough to make them immediately distinguishable, and some of their riffs are all-time greats. It's just a shame it's not all consistently excellent.
Familiar Realm and 96 Quite Bitter Beings will probably pop into my head for the rest of my natural life at completely random moments, as they have for like 15 years now.
