Dude, ignore them. The fanboys will say what they want. The same thing happens to me every time I say The Mars Volta is overrated. Anyway, the review was good, and alot of it, looking back, is startlingly true. It doesn't make me change my score, but props to ya for the courage to take on the giants.

you obviously dont take constructive criticism because every review you've written has had the same bitter, cynical, condescending, and childish mocking tone to it that fails to have any effect whatsoever because you are terrible at purveying it and rely on bad attempts at stereotyping literally everything to try and force a grin on those who read your reviews. sorry buddy, but not even that you've achieved with this one.

pretty good review. i disagree with you in that I think this album is catchy but just flows really really poorly. I also really like Rody's voice. i don't see why everyone thinks your review is so gutsy or radical. the album was just fucking released... people will stop fellating to this before the year is up (not everyone has been in the first place)
again good review but I wish you had given more reasons that people can relate to then just vocals and lyrics. the album does suck for other reasons, and some people like the vocals and separate the lyrics/concept from musicThis Message Edited On 07.02.08
