nah, it sounds like their very old stuff with modern production. I love the album and find it original, although i can see why some people don't like it.



I mean, i even found enjoyment in the turbo album :P

No, it's really not a good album... only Persecution is a "WHOA" track, the rest is either tolerable or just embarassing.

Tipton-era? You mean 1973/4 to the present??



I wasn't thrilled with this album on the first listen as I had no idea what I was in for, but it grew on me with successive listens & I now love it. If you have a need for constant metal assault, then this album will never work for you - at all. If you have more diverse tastes & a good attention span, then you should be able to enjoy it. It has the ability to transport listeners who are willing to allow themselves to be transported. I rank it just uder Sad Wings of Destiny.
