Appeal has Entertainment, and that's one of my fav's.

Appeal was boring, uninspired and lazy.

This is the only RA album I give a shit about.

Actually, RPM is almost unknown to me. I only know two songs (Like The Angel & Anyway You Want) which are very good in my opinion.

Is the rest of the record worth listening ?

No offense, but that song is one of the worst on the album. The polka part is extremely corny.

We are still ignoring the fact that this is their best album

Yeah, TSaTW is only marginally better, though this is f'n amazing, and has much nostalgia added.

Have you heard Prayer of the Refugee, Prayer of the Refugee and Survive.

Its like they wrote the songs section by section, without any regards to how the flow of the track.

Survive is one of the best tracks the bands written!

Does that really affect the album's flow? I don't think so.

I love that part, makes the song stand out from the pack.

I'm pretty sure songs affect the album, I could be wrong though..

Parts within a song not flowing well =/= the album having bad flow.

I don't necessarily see album flow as a prerequisite to a classic album. It's handy, but it can be overcome by just flat out quality tracks.

Plus, it's all in the ear of the beholder. Some people like a slow song following a fast song for reasons of variety, while others will prefer a gradual reduction in pace over 3-4 tracks.

Personally, I am more concerned with track ordering. It puts me off when, for example, the best (or worst) 4 tracks are all placed together in succession. It's really not that difficult to efficiently order tracks on a LP, but you often see it happening. Hell, I brought it up the other day with 'Mandala' (albeit a lesser example), which is seen as one of the top albums of '09.
