as long as their next album is more like this and less like feathergun i'm sure i'll be happy.
all they need to do is add moments with some chugs to break up the spacey/airiness and their singer in
more moments like el empe and alchemy alice and you pretty much have a perfect album.

it just doesn't break the formula. i mean the formula is good, but over a whole album it just doesn't blow you away. downhill was the only attempt at breaking things up, and that was piano driven and ends up back on the same track.
feathergun would be amazing if i hadn't heard the better version of it, which is this.
they've been hanging out with karnivool and stuff so hopefully karvivool suggested turning up the bass in the mix.

I started listening to Feathergun and got bored quickly so I started listening to this instead. I mean, it shares the name of one of Karnivool's best songs, it's gotta be good, right? I wasn't disappointed.
