i tend to disagree with that, although i loved this album. i think that the Mezmerize-Hypnotize combo really showed us what SOAD can really do with so little time.

yeah but that being said they shoul dhave spent more time on the mezmerize/hypontize combo because half of thos songs only sonded gud the first time u heard them and now there not as popular as most of the tracks on toxicity

i dunno when i saw them live i guess i was paying attention on trying not to be killed by these gorrilas in the pit. i thought they sounded very good but they did not interact with the crowd and after there last song they ran off stage and never came back which pissed me off

i can agree to that because it was kinda quick and i loved all of the songs on Toxicity, i still think the sound of the two albums is better than Toxicity though.

i dont really see how people can say" steal this album" is better than toxicity. "toxicity" is so damn good and "steal this album" cant compare with this one in my opion

yeah i agree. The albums in my order would be. S/T - Toxicity - Steal This Album. Basically Earlier release to late release. I hope they dont keep going down this hill.

toxcitity was their greatest album, mesmerize and hypnotize were thier worst albums in my opinion. their best 2 albums are this one and "system of a down"

One of the very few true modern classic albums. Jet Pilot, considered filler by many, is excellent in my opinion, I don't know how you can't like it. Chop Suey! is my favorite rock song ever, it's physically impossible not to like it. The opening three song punch of Prison Song-Needles-Deer Dance is just incredible, and it provides a crushing wall of momentum for the rest of the album. Forest is great, with incredible riffage. The only songs I don't absolutely love are X, Bounce, Shimmy, and Arto if you count that as a song. The closing trio of Toxicity, Psycho and Aerials is also incredible. I love this album, I can throw it on right now even though I've owned it for five years and still enjoy it. Amazing album.
