It's definitely tarnished, and I don't have much desire to listen to more from this band, but I agree with Balls in about the other members deserving their music to be heard.

for the record I'm not a fan of anything I've heard from this band, but I'd hope that If James hetfield was charged with the same offense people would still be able to listen to 80's Metallica the same way.
