good album, good memorable songs like the Heretic Song, but in my opinion their best album is Subliminal Verses vol:3 ... no other song beats out pulse of the maggots and the blister exists, from their discography.

always enjoyed this cd thoroughly minus a couple of tracks ie heretic anthem, new abortion, i am hated, but other than that solid. great listen.

A good many months of my high school and college life went into listening to Slipknot.
I got into Meshuggah and Dream Theater early in college, though, and turned from Slipknot to more musically/technically driven
music.

Is it wierd that I've always known about these guys since Joey Jordison is from the town that I live in, and my band teacher and the percussion teacher at our school pretty much taught him to play the drumset? He won a jazz award from our school too.
