I listened to Sabbath's self-titled, digged it. then I surprisingly didn't like Paranoid as much.
where should I go from here?

Have you heard MoR yet? If not, jam it now.
And yeah, I didn't love Paranoid at first, but now I do. Give it time, classics sometimes take a long time to appreciate.
