I think this is my favorite Anathema album. Either this or Weather Systems. Either way, it's a classic and deserves way much more praise than it gets. 'Are You There?' still has the power to make me cry and I've heard it over 100 times.

Revisiting these guys after a while
Man this might be my favorite overall of theirs now looking back, it's really tasteful and diverse.
Weather Systems holds a special place in my heart as that's what got me into them, but has since fallen off considerably for me since it's a little too dramatic for what I'm looking from music nowadays. Damn Lee killed on the T/T. Flying is also a hidden gem imo. There's almost no filler here, and the atmosphere is so heavy in a unique way. Also what a way to finish an album with Violence, fuck so good
