'Yo Stomach' is one of the most ridiculous songs I've ever heard. His debut is better than this.
Following his surprisingly solid debut 'Rappa Ternt Sanga', Tallahassee singer/rapper T-Pain (real name Faheem Najm) returns with his 2nd LP 'Epiphany'. Coming from Akon's Konvict Muzik label, this 56 minute album is well-produced & at times catchy, with T-Pain's notorious use of vocoder thankfully not dominating. Unfortunately, the lyrics this time cross the line from fun & humorous to contemptuous & misogynist, meaning the few mature songs here cannot be taken seriously. Containing the ridiculous gimmick of alter-ego guest vocals, even the 2 successful singles do not best those from his debut. Recommended Tracks: Show U How, Right Hand & Sounds Bad.
