Righto, based entirely on the title track I hate it...

Was that "please stop listening to music" comment directed at the bicep guy? lol

IDK, this is my problem with genres. I was under the assumption that noisecore is something like Norma Jean or The Number 12 Looks Like You.

But then how is there an actual genre called noisecore? Can there just be a genre called noise?! lol. Those were mostly rhetorical questions. BAH! I'm going to go stick my head in the oven. This Message Edited On 11.07.07

I will create a genre called "noise". It will rock. More than Converge

I can't ever picture myself liking this band.
Still, might check this out- stranger things have happened.

I like the part where his voice is really high pitched.

In/humanity is not noisecore, I was always under the impression that noisecore was weird stuff like Ruins, Melt Banana, Polysics, Hella.

Jane Doe really needs to be listened to as a whole tbh, thats part of the awesomeness of it, whereas say, Petitioning, i don't mind just listening to individual tracks and that it.

I normally hate this kind of music, but this is really quite good. Nice job on the review.

Everything about Jane Doe pwns hard. Did you re-submit this or did it get deleted for some reason?

I wish other metalcore bands had the consistency Converge does. The ability to write a metal song that clocks in a little over ten minutes, and stays fresh throughout is one hell of an acheivement. This Message Edited On 11.07.07

you know what's funny? Norma Jean wrote a 15 minute song. That is srsly a crime against music.

I just broke up with my girlfriend, that means: Jane Doe featuring RAHRAHR RUGH. Naw joke :O.

Good review btw, although it gets a bit stale towards the middle. This Message Edited On 11.07.07

I've always associated noise/noisecore with having lots of feedback or distortion and obscure/nonsensical lyrics.

But I really know nothing on the genre so I'm probably wrong.

Noisecore doesn't exist. Its either just noise or noise rock.

This album rules.

No, that's not true.
