pos'd because I often think about this, but you're wrong.



problem is, how many riffs do you chain in repetition, how much pitch fluctuation in your voice do you need to achieve "feeling?" Too much, and it becomes "cheesy." It's so arbitrary.



white walls is perfectly structured and is such a massive impact point for the album



yes, there is a lot of filler, and they need BETTER TRANSITIONS, like the ones devin townsend is capable of. they have been working on that. sadly they don't have the restraint to just toss a riff or song idea for another time, or stick it in the vault like other bands do.



it helps keep your material consistent in the long run too, if yo've got leftover ideas for a new record that you wrote 10 or so years ago, they can help inspire you.



they've still got things to learn but don't deny the impact of this record.

This review... Sucks. I can't help but feel it was posted to infuriate BTBAM fans. I can't say I listen to this album much anymore, but it's what got me into metal, and BTBAM is still my favorite band.

I have no idea how the hell you could say that the two guitarists and the drummer, and not the bassist are talented. Dan Briggs is a technical beast.



And I can see not liking Tommy's screaming, but his clean vocals? High and annoying? And saying his voice is autotuned? Are you high? I've seen this guy live and he hits this shit note for note.
