I thought for sure it would be dream pop for you! I def do relate to ambient tho and I think hammock does more ambient than post rock, arguably, which is maybe why I still enjoy them so much. Have a hard time going through earlier post rock albums that were once very important to me (like every Godspeed album, and most Sigur Ros). It sucks because I can still remember what they meant to me and how they sounded to me back then but I don’t rly hear it anymore

have you jammed this will destroy you? the self titled has a good mix of ambient in there, just like this one

I can’t say I’ve ever checked them out but I’ve seen the name dropped many times before. I’ll check out the st. And yeah, sometimes I’ll be obsessed with music for months and then other months I just don’t care to listen to anything and it doesn’t seem to have any positive impact on my mood. Kind of sucks honestly
