idk it's all in the attitude, for me it's one of the most spiritually ugly albums of all time. Compare it to some goregrind album and it's the difference between reading a crime scene report and a Garth Ennis comic

the vast majority of full-tilt gore shit fires blanks for the most part. I find it mostly comical and therefore unthreatening. A decent proportion seems self-aware enough of its inherent novelty value to get a pass tho, but still. Empty threat
