This one's my fave, but this, Kill the Moonlight, and Girls Can Tell are all pretty close in quality.
I should check their first two albums before Hot Thoughts drops so I can have the full discog.

For what I know:
Ga > Kill the Moonlight > Girls Can Tell > They Want My Soul > Gimme Fiction > Transference
For what it's worth the opening 4 songs on Gimme Fiction is actually my favorite run of Spoon tracks, if those were an EP on their own I'd probably rank it above all their albums. The rest of that album is decent but nowhere near as good as the opening run.
