Actually after I found laughing stock I started searching for similar music like crazy. After a while I realized though that I won't find any, but I didn't get disappointed. It just makes this album (and eden and the hollis solo album) even more unique.

Yeah, it was the same for me. I tried searching and asking around for similar artists but was always disappointed. There's a unique quality to their later work. Other bands can imitate it but they lack something Talk Talk had.
