Bring Me Your Love, Little Hell, and The Hurry and The Harm are all 5's for me.... if that tells you anything lol. Thoroughly enjoy all of this material though. I don't have anything under a 4.
Actually just got married back in the beginning of March and we ended up using Northern Wind from Little Hell as our wedding song.

Thanks dude! Hopefully you dig the rest of his stuff. It's all super mellow and easy to listen to. Definitely the go-to when I am in the mood for acoustic type tunes.

Haven't listened to the last couple of albums enough but this is my favorite City and Colour.
He recently made a cover of "Rain When I Die" in the style of this album and it sounds absolutely amazing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1x6IULst9r4

its so so good. really scratchin that acoustic itch rn. guitar work is a good bit better than i remembered, particularly on songs like sam malone, in the water i am beautiful, and save your scissors, and dal's vocal melodies/performance are incredible here

Save Your Scissors is incredible. Easily one of the best songs in his whole discog.

I gotta get back to jamming the rest of this discog because I haven't checked anything past Little Hell. This one was my favorite by far but Bring Me Your Love was swell too, Little Hell was solid but felt like a step down

this has always been my fav (wild this came out between aof's best records too dude was at his peak imo) but i really need to revisit the others to jog my memory. his new one was cool he's using the full band sound now to push into more atmospheric territory and i remember digging it a good bit when it came out

Dallas is the man. Love this album and Bring Me Your Love the most.
He writes songs you singalong to in the car with your significant other. Then I play some Alexisonfire immediately after and she ghosts me

Dallas it the man [2]
He also had a side project with Pink which is still wild to me lol. It was pretty decent too.
