Hence why my metal collection is pushing 750, I find deals all the time and I spend next to nothing.

TheOmegaOrder mostly (I mean, paying 10$ for an import is fantastic in Canada). Also, I know some of the greatest used cd places in Ontario and I find tons of stuff where someone, the day before, decided to sell their entire metal collection and I'm just lucky somedays when I stumble across them.

Also what fireaboveicebelow said too. I've been collecting for almost 11 years now. In time, you find places to buy and hookups in the industry. I'm also fortunate enough to know somebody who works for some big newspapers in Toronto and he sends me every promotional album he can get his hands on. I would say about 1/20th of my metal collection was free (besides the shipping and handling). This Message Edited On 09.21.08

Very good point, if my dad didn't already own all of those records anyways hahahaha. Maybe something mainstream might tickle my fancy and entice me to sign up.

Finally got around to listening to this and Nemesis. I think Nemesis Divina is better, but this one is quite awesome too. The title track and The Dark Castle In A Deep Forest are great songs.

Yeah Nemesis Divina is a little better, but this still slays. First 3 Satyricon albums are classic examples of great Norwegian black metal.

knowning how bands these days run, they'll probably go back to their BM sound. Whether it'll be good though...

I don't think they will, they seem fairly comfortable being "black-n-roll"

I seriously forgot how much I loved it. Definitely one of the best black metal albums from the second wave.
