The solos on this entire album are awesome. These guys have been rippin it up since day one. This album is vastly underrated

After this album the guitar work mostly went downhill, other than a couple of tracks on A Predator's Portrait. Then the lineup changes for TLI happened and all of a sudden the riffs and leads were awesome again

Predator's portrait has some crucial riffs and solos agreed, but that album marked the end of my Soilwork journey. The one after it was too keyboard, clean vocal, focused for my metal tastes at the time, and when I tried to listen to it recently didn't find much to enjoy.

APP is pretty boring too, tbh, other than a few tracks like the opener.

Natural Born Chaos is good at the niche it fills of being a hook driven, more pop-oriented metal album. The style is whatever but the execution is good.

The ones after are pretty pretty bad even on execution. The Living Infinite was one of the most surprising releases I've seen from any band; Soilwork randomly releasing a pretty good double album is something I would have taken pretty long odds against happening.

I have been meaning to dive more into the living infinite. I remember digging the Momentary Bliss, the guitars reminded me of Millionflame. I need to actually give that one a proper listen, it's been rec'd by a lot of good folks

Yeah but people these days tend to get triggered when other people like it, because it influenced a lot of mallcore bands
