my post wasn't necessarily a critique. I assumed (because Out of Myself is Riverside's first record) that you're new to the band (should've checked, I know) and tried to be helpful. I know you don't have problems with artists playing the same thing all the time so I thought you'd be happy to hear that Riverside's guitar sound hasn't changed over the years at all (which is again, just a fact, not necessarily a critique). Maybe with the exception of SoNGS - don't remember this one too well.
btw it's not my fault that you happen to like the same artists I dislike. If you ever went to threads about Velvet Underground, Nico, Beefheart etc. you'd see that I do like lots of music.
