This is a 5. Best Manson, best band lineup, best songwriting.

Agreed there. He must be kicking himself to have got rid of Gingerfish and John 5.

In a turn of irony, them to help make Rob Zombies best album to date imo.

Fucking Christians, this is the second time they stick their noses in metal music in Russia this year. Stupid assholes.

The only Manson album that makes me think it could be better than Anti-Christ.

I don't think I could say it's definitely better, but it makes me wonder.

Different kettle of fish, tbh, but this has a LOT more thought put into it conceptually, and it's just tune after tune. For an album at 19 tracks it has no let up.

Disposable Teens is one of my least favorite Manson songs ever but the rest of the album is top notch Manson song-writing

I definitely agree with you on that. For a 19 track album there are no weak spots, it's consitant throughout the entire album. I think with Anti-Christ I just like the sound of it more. It's heavier, industrial, and abrasive, with a touch of Reznor of course. That Columbine bullshit really pushed him over and I think it has a lot to do with why this album is so good. Manson has always been at it's best when the media is pissed off at him.

God bless Trent. And yeah, the columbine thing is one of the things that makes this album so damn interesting.

Can't listen to Coma White a lot these days, I've overplayed the shit out of it over the years. Still amazing though.
