Ha that's funny, I'll have to make fun of metal more in those threads to provoke a comment out of you, i.e. God, if only the guy in Agalloch could growl like Jesse Lacey does on Daisy. That guy has no balls, he might as well do the backup vocals for Taking Back Sunday or something.

Oh, and cool I'm sure I'll love it regardless of the presence/absence of metal. I just love this band's style.

Kyle have you thought about making your 200th review be for pale folklore? It's their only LP without a staff review

That's actually a really great idea I just might do that.

Alright I can definitely make that happen. I used to actually have a review for this but it was accidentally deleted a year or two ago, but that's ok as that review was written in like 2007 and was garbage.

I bought this on wax when I saw them in July, best $30 I've ever spent.

It's a dreary, rainy day here in Missouri, I have nothing to do, and this talk of Agalloch makes me crave them.

I'm feeling an Agalloch marathon

"as embers dress the sky" is hands down the best song they've ever made. The clean guitar in that song is nothing less than perfection. [2]

I listened to a little bit of serpent earlier, really didn't sound bad at all. I really like Marrow too tho so my opinion is probably worthless
