Yes, the "WOOOH!" part does not belong in that song, or any song, ever.

This album really does define what Incubus would sound like without Dirk Lance.

Is there any spot on here where Kilmore scratches??

As a whole album this is pretty good, and I have to say I like just about every song quite a bit. But I miss Chuck...

I really do not like this album by them. Its too soft and 'effecty', haha. Im not driving the rating down on purpose but, this album is a big departure from their older stuff. How many songs on one album can you have that are slow and sound the same? Anna Molly is vintage, and Love Hurts is probably the best song on the album. Disappointed - 2.

I cant grasp the sound of the songs, its too experimented, maybe after a couple more listens. Ill agree that Earth To Bella is annoying in some parts. This Message Edited On 12.14.06

The only good thing about marginally being disappoiinted with this album, as I was, is that we all know Incubus reinvent themselves with every album so the next one in 2008 will be completely different- and hopefully more to my tastes.

great review man. Incubus truly has changed their sound from album to album, but without Dirk.. it's just not them, they've had to convert to a more pop culture style of music. This album is worlds better than Crow, but it's still just not that great..

I just downloaded the whole cd, listened to it on the computer, hated it, figured i'd put it in the car and listen to it, i still hate it. I'm a lifetime incubus fan and morning view is by far my favorite cd. They're words speak to me and all the people i know like no other band can, i feel this record seems rushed, all the songs sound like the worst tracks on crow left. There are no touching lyrics, no soft spots, no real catchy tunes. I hate this cd and i'm trying to be blunt cuz i think so many people are caught up in the ora of incubus and not actually judging their latest work. Save your money, don't buy the cd, let's wait til they come out with something like morning view or make yourself, then indulge all you want.

They have the balls to experiment with their music. legit, EXPERIMENT. its not an average progression with stereotypical lyrics, it has feeling. more than one can say for the bands flooding the radios that try to compensate for lost geniuses like kurt cobain or even my chemical romance with the freddy murcury like new releases. I've always loved incubus so my opinion is bias, but I feel that they are still one of the most encapsulating musicians of our time, and with 6 albums one must admire their lust for musical provocation

For riobravo, the reason the dig love hurts and anna molly are the only one 'people' like, are beacause theyre the very mainstream pop culture songs that are designed to hook the pseudo fans into believe that heyre are fans. The real incubus fans will recognize the musical talents lie beneath the catchy beats and standard cliche lyrics. Those songs are Penduloud threads (after the weird intro that i dont much care for just fast forward to about 1:05) paper shoes and a kiss to send us off. they seem to be the best crafted songs and some of the best lyrics, and as the reviewer said, they experimented with body percussion in paper shoes. overall a great album worth buying, just with some bad songs. This album is pretty good, not as good as most of their catalogue but better than Fungus Amoungus. It's probably their most radio friendly album which doesnt necessarily make it bad.

I love Anna Molly. It's on the radio like 3 or 4 times a day, and for a good reason.

Sorry, im just a big fan of Incubus. I was happy that i got to play some new songs... i give it a 4 because it was what i wanted to hear...i like the cd...if i was not in to rock as much...more like punk or pop crap....3.5 to a 2...but i thought it was a great cd.

I have a really bad feeling about this album...such a bad feeling I refuse to listen to even one song. Maybe it is the putrid album cover. Maybe it is Incubus' constant decline in good music. But I am still terrified to have my ears listen to it album.

If you want another Make Yourself, then don't listen to this. There are some really great pop rock songs on this album, especially Dig.
