Cleans rule hard brooooo.

Bit over-zealous.
The instrumentation is sweet tho, some chord progressions remind me of Opeth which is a good thing, obviously m/

This album is soooooo over rated! Yes it’s a very good album but the way people on this site seem to Jizz over it baffles the hell out of me. Like I said this a very good album and it’s the album that made me an orphaned land fan when I bought it in release but looking back now I can honestly say I prefer every album they’ve done since to this one.
I know I’m late to the party looking at the date of the last comment but I’ve just finished reading the review and all the comments and I just had to chip in as the level of praise this album gets astounds me.
Still, it’s all opinions which are subjective and what makes the world an interesting place 😊

The folky parts are incredible. The metal parts aren't special, and I found myself being disappointed every time the guitars (the non-acoustic ones, that is) would come in. This is also a bit too long.
Still a good album. The folky stuff and the concept carry it hard.
