Their pretty repetitive yeah. Every song is slight variation of the same riff. Heavy downtuned riff-chorus-repeat. They don't bring a ton to the table. But solid/fun band regardless

I get it. There's no denying Requiem is a Korn record. You're either going to be in a place where you're receptive to it or not at the time the record's released. Regardless, everyone knows what they're going to hear. For the most part It's up to the individual to determine if that's a strength or a weakness of Korn.

No one is going to write dissertations on the sonic evolution of ACDC or Hatebreed either, but they have countless fans as well.
