When artists are throwing up new material at a rate more frequent than any reasonable man can handle, then they may have gone too far. Good call on Garbage.

What a year! Not one but two legendary electronic acts suddenly turned to crap, Nicolas Jaar and Autechre. My boyfriend also left me for some other bitch. I'm gonna listen to some Beach House to cure my insomnia. I should marry myself an American and forget about this shithole of a country heh.

after a very very impressive opening track this kinda went nowhere for me. while i dont think autechre could make a bad album, i found this neither human nor robotic enough

I gave this album about 5 listens in total and I'm pretty sure I only remember about 3 tracks on there. I hate to say this, but I feel this is an Autechre album that about anyone else could have made. Song structures are more than often fairly pedestrian with nothing out of the ordinary going on. It has nice sounds going on at times, but its scope remains limited all the way through.



I'm going back to Exai and NTS Sessions.
