Just caught these guys live and theyre stunning. Not big on the fanfare, but just the power of the music itself translates so well to the stage.

I actually learned my lesson with them. They're weirdly popular for a cult band. Every show they've ever played near me sold out.

Great stuff, I get the impression it's even proggier than Reflections, which I found to be more stonery

also I get they're going for a retro sound, but how do these bands always find vocalists with perfectly matching timbres? dude is probably young and yet sounds like a 63yo grandpa

Didn’t end up going and haven’t stopped kicking myself for it. I did order this album on wax today though.

They're playing here at the end of the month

But.. I've seen them five times already* and it's been less than a year since last time (which was at the same venue)

*although spread out over more than a decade

kinda feeling meh about going even though they've always been amazing

saw that, thought it was neat. nd they're from MA! Tool usually has dope openers - YOB, Killing Joke (I'm sure they were shitting their pants having KJ open for them), Meshuggah

Is this still trippy? Really enjoyed that aspect of Lore.
