not really imo
actually I don't know anything that's similar to Amnesiac except In Rainbows but you already have that. Maybe (maaaayybeee) "At War With Walls and Mazes" by Son Lux, which has a similar feeling to it at times or "Dummy" by Portishead, which also sounds similar sometimes, but isn't half as good tbh.
edit: you could also try "In a Bar Under the Sea" by dEUS, it's more "usual" alt rock than Amnesiac but also quite experimental and quite as great as well imo.This Message Edited On 02.04.09
