How come I haven't commented here yet? Done. Anyway, heard Therapy? 'Crooked Timber' today & it reminded me of these guys... might have to delve deeper.

That track-list is sweet. I don't usually bother with live albums but having seen these guys 4 times, I feel like could appreciate this on some level.

Yes probably, I don't think they're overly similar. It would also be the other way around for me, if it was the case at all.

I've loved Mclusky Do Dallas for years and never checked this out because i'm a big dumb and this rules.

this is a good album but "arming eritrea" is clearly the peak, and even that aside it feels a bit frontloaded (tracks 2 and 3 are great too). comes back towards the end but I don't like the closer very much. def want to keep listening though

Maybe a tad. The closer isn’t my favourite either. Pretty much all of this is emblazoned in my mind, so I might feel differently hearing it for the first time now. I’ve probably heard this way too much tbh.

C’mon Rick!
This jam’s a 5!
I’m not a cynic or one of those guys!

This is still an absolute jam. It tails of a smidgen towards the end but that’s mostly down to the closer. The guitars are as sharp as Falkous’s wit, or visa versa.

Came here thanks to the Crawler thread. I’m in love.
