This album is so much fun and they were amazing live too when I caught them on this album's tour. Never cared much for the rest of their albums tho, is it worth revisiting?

the band is very solid, you just have to adapt, since they get more retro hardrock revival along the way.

their last album is a bit of a return to form after their very hardrock influenced nattesferd but they never return to the pure visceral punk ethos that they had on here.

I really regret that it took me 10 fucking years to hear this album. Is their newer stuff as good as this?

Cause John Baizley made the artwork!! He's done album art for quite a few bands in the scene
|
| |
Oh nice. I assume he did some Kylesa art too.
Damn I should jam some Kylesa

His artwork is very distinctive (and good).

Imo the most fun album of all times. To bad my brain cannot handle shitfaced drunkedness any longer. Makes an already fantastic album reach monumental highs.

I peeped this whole thing again yesterday when the new single dropped. New single is pretty fun but this sound was where it was at. That blackened rock riff after the buildup in Liktorn is pure gold.
