This album is incredible but I never seem to revisit it all that often because it's exhausting in away. Still monumental all the same

I'm in Europe and this isn't tickling my pickle

2 x ‘available date - get in touch’ wtf?
I guess being Italian, branching out into the major central Euro nations near to their homeland makes the most sense, but it’s crazy that a band this talented doesn’t have the budget for more than that

maybe if you bumped your rating and bought their merch/records they'd have more to work with

Or they could just be better and sell more records

Yeah, they need to take that one step up. I'm still thinking this is too derivative from their influences. Take that part at 3:40 onwards on Inexorably Ousted Sente. Man, that's just a Deathspell Omega thing with some Ulcerat-ish guitar layering on the background. These guys have the technical prowess and all the right influences to create something big and original.
They do have something better than most if not all of their influences already... The production work.

"Or they could just be better and sell more records"
because that's how that works

I might drop this. Frost is definitely onto something. Both counts. The fact they haven’t separated themselves enough from their influences and that their greatest selling point (relative to those aforementioned peers), is stellar production
Then again, the production values shouldn’t be understated, because it makes this a hell of a lot more digestible than anything Ulcerate have done (in particular). Disso-death (ugh!) of this general style probably peaked with Colored Sands in hindsight. I also find that more listenable prod-wise vs many other offerings, yet I prefer the compositions / the overall sound to this.
I still might prefer their debut in fact, need to check again.
