yeah i'd put peace sells above RIP, but only because of flavor. both are pretty on par with songwriting and technical ability. also peace sells has the better solos, even if tornado of souls has probably the best megadeth solo

Hahaha facu that's exactly how I describe it to friends. I say that Peace has way more balls and it's the mean brother of RiP. RiP instead is the beautiful sister of Peace. Whatever you choose both are right picks! Win-win situation.
