Yeah, this is enjoyable enough while it's playing, but it's hard to believe that the same band made Chamberlain Waits and On The Impossible Past, two of my favorite records in the genre. Even Rented World and After The Party are excellent, but the last two have fallen off sharply (although Hello Exile has some great cuts).

Hello exile is grower. And there’s quite a few bangers on there. This is good but the highs aren’t there like the highs on there other albums.

this one is so bland that like, even being in the crew that loves hello exile to death, this album had max 3 songs i dug, and those 3 did not stand up in a wider shuffle at all with all the many many other bangin menzos tunes
