Nah, these guys ain't Jari. Phase III might not come as soon as anyone might've hoped, but I highly doubt it'll be anything like Time II. It's good to note that they really wanted to get Phase II out earlier than it took but were held back by things like their record label, so I've faith that we'll definitely see it sometime unlike what Jari's been doing.
